What is Money OS?
Money OS is a financial command center for freelancers, digital agencies, student clubs, and small teams. It centralizes transaction tracking, budgeting, client billing, and financial reporting in one place.
Unlike general-purpose accounting software, Money OS is designed specifically for knowledge workers and service businesses — people who need clarity over complexity.
Who is Money OS for?
Money OS works best for:
- Freelancers tracking business expenses for tax deductions
- Agencies managing multi-client finances and reimbursable expenses
- Student clubs recording dues, events, and fund allocations
- Small businesses that need reporting but not full-scale ERP
Is Money OS an accounting software replacement?
No. Money OS is a financial command center, not accounting software.
Use Money OS for: transaction tracking, budgeting, client billing, and reporting.
Use accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Tally) for: payroll, tax filing, invoicing, ledger management.
Money OS exports data in formats compatible with major accounting tools.

Is Money OS free?
Yes. The free tier includes:

Paid plans (coming soon) will add:

Data & Privacy
Who owns my data?
You do. Money OS does not claim any ownership of your financial data. We are a tool you use to organize your own data.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export All Data to download a complete ZIP file of all your transactions, clients, budgets, and audit logs in CSV format.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). See the Security documentation for full details.
Integrations
Does Money OS integrate with Stripe?
You can export Stripe payouts as a CSV and import them into Money OS. Direct Stripe integration is on the roadmap.
Does Money OS integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?
Data export in QuickBooks and Xero compatible formats is on the roadmap. Currently, use the CSV export and import it into your accounting tool.
Does Money OS have an API?
A REST API is on the roadmap for future releases. If you have an integration use case, email product@moneyos.webasthetic.in.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email and follow the instructions. Password reset links expire after 15 minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all workspaces. Export your data first — deletion is irreversible.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Email. You’ll receive a verification email at the new address before the change takes effect.
