Step 1: Create Your Account
Navigate to moneyos.webasthetic.in/signup.
Fill in:
- Email address — Use your primary business email. All financial exports and alerts will go here.
- Password — Minimum 12 characters. A password manager is strongly recommended.
- Full name — Used in audit logs and team notifications.
Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the verification email.
Note: The verification email arrives within 60 seconds. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear.
Step 2: Name Your Workspace
After email confirmation, you’ll be prompted to create your first workspace.
Workspace name guidelines:
- Use your business or brand name (e.g.,
Acme Design Studio) - Keep it short — it appears in the top navigation bar
- Avoid special characters
Workspace type — Select the option that best describes your operation:

| Startup | Funded or pre-revenue startups |
This setting affects which report templates and budget categories are pre-loaded.
Step 3: Set Your Base Currency
Select the currency most of your transactions are denominated in.
Money OS does not currently perform live currency conversions. Multi-currency support is on the roadmap.
Step 4: Connect Your First Account
You can start with either:
Option A — Manual entry: Skip bank connection and add transactions manually. Good for freelancers who invoice irregularly.
Option B — Import via CSV: Upload a CSV export from your bank. Most banks offer this in Account → Statements → Download.
Step 5: Invite Team Members (Optional)
If you’re not working solo, go to Settings → Team and invite collaborators. Roles available:

New team members receive an invitation email and are prompted to create their own account.
