No. Money OS is a financial command center for daily tracking and team visibility. Use it alongside QuickBooks or Tally, which handle invoicing, payroll, and formal accounting. Money OS exports to both.

How many employees can I add?

There is no limit on team members in the free tier. Add your entire team.

Can we track both business revenue and expenses?

Yes. Money OS tracks both income (credit) and expense (debit) transactions. All reports show both sides.

Is it suitable for product businesses or only service businesses?

Money OS works for both. Service businesses use it primarily for expense tracking and client billing. Product businesses use it for overhead expense tracking and supplier payment records.

Can we connect multiple bank accounts?

Multiple bank accounts can be imported via CSV and tracked in the same workspace. Direct bank connection is on the roadmap.
